divh2Senior Audit Manager Opportunity/h2pOur client, located in north central Phoenix and one of Arizonas largest, locally owned CPA and business advisory firms, is looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join their team. This position will manage clients and staff and will work within several niches including Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Individual/Estate/Gift. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and base salary up to $140,000 DOE./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliPerform field work of audits, reviews and compilations/liliPrepare financial statements with full disclosures/liliPlan, supervise and complete routine engagements/liliSupervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience)/liliReview work performed by other accountants/liliDevelop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships/liliRecognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients/liliAssist in firm administrative functions as needed/li/ulpCandidates should meet the following criteria:/pulliBachelors Degree in Accounting/liliMinimum 5+ years public accounting experience/liliActive CPA/liliSelf-motivated/liliWork well in a team environment/liliExcellent communication skills/liliStrong analytical skills/liliPreparation of financial statements and income tax returns/liliA high understanding of GAAP and special purpose frameworks/liliA high understanding of GAAS/liliAt least a limited understanding of GAGAS / Yellow Book/liliExperience in financial statement compilation both with and without notes/liliExperience with financial statement audits and reviews/li/ul/div
