Key responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicle surfaces for damage and imperfections.
  • Wash, decontaminate, and prepare vehicles for polishing.
  • Select and use appropriate polishing compounds, pads, and tools to remove scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation.
  • Apply protective coatings such as wax or sealants.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Maintain polishing equipment and order supplies as needed.
  • Work with other team members, such as detailers and painters, to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
