Spherion Staffing is currently seeking 4 dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at a premier auto parts distribution center located on USA Parkway. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, great attendance, and a positive attitude.
Rotating schedules 4 nights on one week, 3 nights the next week.
6pm-6am
$20 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring auto parts are received, sorted, and shipped efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:
Receiving & Unloading: Safely unloading incoming shipments of automotive parts and verifying inventory counts.
Stocking & Putting Away: Organizing and placing parts into designated warehouse storage locations.
Order Picking: Utilizing pick lists or RF scanners to accurately locate and retrieve auto parts for outgoing shipments.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring auto parts are received, sorted, and shipped efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:Receiving & Unloading: Safely unloading incoming shipments of automotive parts and verifying inventory counts.Stocking & Putting Away: Organizing and placing parts into designated warehouse storage locations.Order Picking: Utilizing pick lists or RF scanners to accurately locate and retrieve auto parts for outgoing shipments.Packing & Shipping: Securely packing parts to prevent damage during transit and preparing them for shipment.Quality Control: Inspecting items for damage and ensuring order accuracy.Safety & Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Must be comfortable working a 12-hour rotating night shift (6pm - 6am).Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reading part numbers and labels.Previous warehouse, distribution, or RF scanner experience is a plus, but not required-we are willing to train the right candidates!Reliable transportation to the USA Parkway area.Dependable attendance and a strong team-player mindset.
