[job_card.job_description]Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated Mixes paint according to specifications Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, and unpainted areas Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Report any deviations to management Keeps work area clean High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be authorized to work in the US Must have a valid Driver's License Minimum of 18 years of age to be able to drive for the company Repetitive hand and body motion Constantly position body and move in order to retrieve cars to and from parking lot Exert force to move / manipulate objects (up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly)
