Auto Body Technician (Body Tech)

Kaizen Collision Center in Erie is looking for an Auto Body Technician who takes pride in their work and want a steady, long-term spot in a shop running right.
This is a busy Front Range shop with consistent work, realistic expectations, and a team that looks out for each other. If you’re tired of bouncing between shops or dealing with chaos, this is a place you can settle in and build something solid.
We believe in doing repairs the right way — no shortcuts, no hacks — and giving techs the support they need to turn quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform safe, accurate collision repairs
Handle structural and non-structural body work
Work with estimators and teammates to keep jobs moving
Use modern tools, equipment, and repair methods
Deliver quality workmanship that puts safety first
What We’re Looking For
Auto body experience preferred (all skill levels considered)
Pride in your work and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and with a team
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
