A company is looking for an Auto Uptime Advocate to assist dealers with critical orders and customer inquiries remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with internal client departments and dealerships through various communication methods
Manage and update case records related to part orders and customer interactions
Provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce downtime
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of technical truck / automotive and customer service experience, or an Associate degree with 6+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years
Familiarity with various work processes and activities through job-related training and experience
Ability to work shifts between Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern time and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Eastern time
Must be a Michigan resident with a distraction-free work environment and a reliable internet setup
Basic automotive knowledge and case handling experience are preferred
