Job Description:
Future Clerical & Administrative Support Opportunities
Location: St. Petersburg / Tampa Bay Area
We are building a talent pool for anticipated clerical and administrative support roles. These opportunities support structured office and program operations and may involve routine to moderately complex administrative tasks.
What we’re generally looking for:
Candidates with experience supporting day-to-day administrative operations, including:
Data entry, document preparation, scanning, filing, and records maintenance
Mail handling and document distribution
Time and attendance support
Travel coordination and administrative processing
Office automation and general clerical assistance
Following established procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred background:
Prior clerical or administrative experience (1-3+ years depending on scope)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and reliability
Ability to work independently on recurring tasks
Work arrangement:
Primarily on-site (St. Petersburg area)
Hybrid possible depending on role needs
