Job Description

We are seeking a motivated entry-level professional with a strong interest in technology, workflow automation, and emerging AI solutions to support and enhance operational processes across multiple business functions.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge in computer systems, coding, or information technology who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic, multi-industry environment.

The Junior Systems & Workflow Automation Analyst will assist in streamlining workflows, improving system efficiency, and supporting automation and AI initiatives that enhance productivity, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building, testing, and maintaining workflow automations to improve efficiency
  • Support basic coding and scripting tasks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
  • Help integrate and support business systems such as HR, payroll, accounting, and operations platforms
  • Assist with data organization, validation, and process mapping
  • Support AI-driven tools, automations, and system enhancements
  • Document workflows, technical updates, and system changes clearly and accurately
  • Troubleshoot basic automation or system issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent technical training / experience)
  • Basic understanding of coding or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
  • General knowledge of computer systems, databases, and software applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document and follow technical processes
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

    • Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with workflow automation or low-code / no-code tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make, n8n,etc.)
  • Exposure to APIs, data integrations, or AI-based tools through coursework, internships, or projects
  • Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools
