If you are a Software Automation Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to help shape the next generation of advanced automation software at Emerson. You will contribute to building the tools, frameworks, and automated validation technologies that ensure our customers receive high‑quality, innovative software solutions. In this role, you will explore new technologies, analyze options, and recommend architectures that support a wide range of validation needs across our product lines.
- Collaborate within an Agile team environment to design, automate, and continuously improve software testing practices that support creativity, productivity, and customer success.
- Contribute to a culture of shared learning by participating in sprint ceremonies, peer reviews, Hackathons, Tech Talks, and Communities of Practice.
- Develop and maintain automated integration and system‑level tests that strengthen our automation pipeline and support consistent, release‑ready deliverables.
- Build innovative testing solutions using modern tools and frameworks to support ongoing product excellence and market leadership.
- Partner with your team to refine processes, improve test environments, and integrate high‑quality practices into daily development workflows.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and validate software issues across both unreleased and customer‑facing products, ensuring strong product performance and reliability.
