In 1999, Maryann and Tony Croce established Croce's Transmission Specialists, a high-tech, full-service automotive repair facility. Mary's background in banking, management, and customer service perfectly complements Tony's years of technical training and repair experience. For more than 20 years, we've been "taking the fear out of auto repair," dependably providing services ranging from transmission replacement to brake repair. Customers rely on our commitment to integrity, transparency, and caring. Our focus is not simply on what we do, but on how we do it.
We know we wouldn't be successful without the efforts of our amazing crew. As a family-run repair shop, we want our employees to feel like an important part of our Croce's Transmission family. WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
This full-time position follows a Monday - Friday schedule, from 8 am – 4:30 pm. No weekends, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
As our Experienced Automotive Technician - Mechanic, you're the linchpin ensuring properly functioning vehicles and equipment. From routine maintenance to diagnostics using cutting-edge software, you meticulously disassemble and reassemble parts, keeping detailed logs of your work. Your keen eye also identifies additional safety work, and your communication with the service advisor ensures our customers' safety and satisfaction. You're not just fixing cars; you're building trust and making our customers feel secure and content in their rides!
