Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic ready to make an impact in a fast-paced high-growth food manufacturing environment Archer Meat Snacksthe #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channelis looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in this role youll support the ongoing reliability efficiency and performance of our production lines and equipment.

From troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems to executing preventative maintenance and equipment installations youll be at the front line of keeping our facility running at peak performance. If youre someone who thrives on solving problems working with your hands and improving equipment reliability we want to meet you.

What Youll Own & Impact :

Execute preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and document work using CMMS

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and refrigeration systems

Install adjust and modify production equipment as needed

Repair or replace machine components using lathes mills and welding equipment

Work on packaging equipment including scales case sealers and band sealers

Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics for accurate troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with GMPs safety protocols and Lock Out Tag Out procedures

Support OEE and equipment uptime goals through proactive problem-solving

What Sets You Apart :

3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with PLCs VFDs and motor controls is a plus

Comfortable reading blueprints wiring diagrams and schematics

Able to work independently and shift priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment

Effective communicator and collaborator across teams and shifts

Location & Schedule :

This is an on-site role based at our Vernon CA manufacturing facility. Flexibility for off-shifts weekends or emergency response is important for success in this role.
