Inform guests about current promotions and products, with a comprehensive understanding of Jiffy Lube’s offerings gained through training. Provide unbiased recommendations tailored to guests' needs, based on manufacturer guidelines and technician evaluations. Keep guests updated throughout their service experience, addressing any special circumstances that may affect their satisfaction. Perform essential maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and inspections of lights, wipers, brakes, and tires. Encourage customer loyalty by ensuring high-quality workmanship, reviewing completed services with guests, confirming their satisfaction, and advocating for timely return visits. Execute other tasks as directed by management. Proven experience in face-to-face customer service or sales. Capable of fulfilling job responsibilities effectively. Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, crawling, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift over 50 pounds. Comfortable working in both enclosed and semi-outdoor environments. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Valid Driver's License preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Keen listening abilities to effectively understand guests' needs. Confidence in overcoming objections and a willingness to face challenges. An energetic and friendly attitude that welcomes guests. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Commitment to following safety policies and procedures. Open to on-the-job training and possessing a growth mindset. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
