What you'll do :

• Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.

Key to success :

Experience : 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry.

Customer Satisfaction : Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers.

Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge : Familiarity with Mazda vehicles and service processes is a strong advantage.
