AV Solutions Architect
The AV Solutions Architect is a pre-sales technical professional with in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise. This role will interact directly with customers and other members of the sales and technical teams to conduct detailed discoveries of existing customer environments and design solutions to meet business objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with sales account teams to develop and close client opportunities and drive revenue
- Translate customer requirements into functional system designs.
- Take the lead in pre-sales discussions, discovering and defining customer requirements surrounding data center solutions and services
- Develop proposals that incorporate the designs that address clients' specific business needs.
- Review pre-construction design and documentation.
- Assist with technical design, pricing, and identifying any project challenges.
- Create functional system descriptions and block diagrams.
- Identify all cabling and miscellaneous project material needs.
- Provide material and labor estimates for projects.
- Customer liaison for engineering inquiries.
- Assist sales account executives in presenting technology updates
- Achieve vendor and manufacturer certification, as needed
- Perform related duties, as required
