divh2Squadron Scheduling Specialist, Senior I/h2pINTECON, LLC is seeking a Squadron Scheduling Specialist to support Air Mobility Command (AMC) flying squadrons by building and maintaining flight schedules, tracking training and availability constraints, coordinating with squadron leadership and support offices, and producing required scheduling-related reports and authorizations./ppKey responsibilities include coordinating with the training officer, training non-commissioned officer (NCO), squadron aviation resource management (SARM) specialist, Unit Deployment Manager (UDM), and Operations Officer (DO) to arrange a schedule to facilitate operations, qualification, upgrade, test, exercises, and continuation training accomplishment to meet required currency and progression standards, IAW DO priorities. Other duties include building long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of all aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support personnel, and supervisor positions; tracking crewmember leave, temporary duty, scheduled medical appointments or other scheduling commitments; and scheduling aircrew based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management (ORM) as detailed in AMCI 90-903, Aviation ORM./ppClearance requirements include Tier 3 Security Investigation with SECRET eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting required, active SECRET clearance preferred./ppQualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent required, minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aircrew scheduling, flying squadron operations, current operations, SARM support, aviation operations support, or comparable military aviation scheduling environment; experience working with scheduling databases, training status inputs, and recurring scheduling reports; ability to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven, medium- to high-stress operational environment; strong coordination and communication skills with squadron leadership and support offices; and command and control experience in MAF execution./ppPreferred qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, logistics, business, or related field of study; 10 years or more experience in aircrew scheduling, flying squadron operations, SARM support, aviation operations support; and direct experience supporting squadrons at one or more of the performance locations, either as a civilian or during military service./ppAt INTECON, we are at the forefront of defense, security, and technology, driving innovation, collaboration, and strategic excellence.
