Project Scope: Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC (Commercial, Industrial)
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA License
The Opportunity You will serve as a lead technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex refrigeration issues for high-profile commercial and industrial clients. This role empowers you to take full ownership of your job sites while backed by 40 years of industry-leading reputation and state-of-the-art equipment. You will join a tight-knit, family-oriented team that treats every employee as a vital member of the company’s long-term success.
How You Will Make an Impact
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in commercial refrigeration systems to restore client operations.
Execute precision repairs and installations using state-of-the-art tools and technology provided by the company.
Communicate technical issues and logistical needs clearly to the Service Manager to ensure rapid project completion.
Manage a rotating on-call weekend schedule to provide dedicated emergency support to our industrial partners.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that uphold our four-decade legacy of quality and customer dedication.
Coordinate personal dispatch schedules and equipment transport to ensure on-time arrival at various project sites.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC/R service and repair.
Active EPA License for handling refrigerants.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial-grade equipment independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for relaying critical field information.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Advanced technical training or certifications in specialized commercial refrigeration systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced field operations environment with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality in a mobile service role.
