Senior ERP Developer – Acumatica Platform
Are you a seasoned ERP Developer who thrives on solving complex business challenges through smart system design and scalable code?
A growing healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior ERP Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide ERP solutions within the Acumatica platform .
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep Acumatica experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive modernization initiatives across multiple business units.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Acumatica customizations using the Acumatica Framework (C#, .NET, and customization projects).
Architect and oversee integrations between Acumatica and other enterprise systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for ERP configuration, performance optimization, and system best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party partners to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Manage advanced SQL development (stored procedures, views, triggers, performance tuning).
Lead ERP upgrade cycles and ensure seamless deployment of custom modules.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold high standards in documentation and SDLC practices.
Contribute to system architecture, automation strategies, and integration roadmap planning.
Stay current on emerging ERP technologies and Acumatica SDK updates to proactively recommend enhancements.

What You’ll Bring
5–8 years of ERP development experience, including 3+ years of direct Acumatica development .
Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Framework , and the Acumatica xRP Framework .
Strong expertise in SQL Server (query optimization, database architecture, performance tuning).
Proven experience with REST / SOAP API integrations connecting Acumatica to other enterprise systems.
Deep understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Service Management, and Manufacturing .
Familiarity with Git / source control , CI / CD pipelines , and automated deployment .
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
