Position: Line Operator

Pay Rate: $21.59 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating schedule, including weekends)
• 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating schedule, including weekends)

What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Manage material flow between Hot Press and Printer machines for smooth production
• Feed materials into machines and remove defective items
• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
• Complete housekeeping paperwork accurately and on time
• Stack products on pallets and promptly report concerns to your supervisor
• Follow all company policies, rules, and safety regulations
• Support the entire production team as needed

Is This Job Right for You?

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent hand/eye coordination for handling products and equipment
• Comfortable working around machinery, conveyors, and ongoing noise
• Quick decision-maker and strong problem solver
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
• Good communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
