Mamaleh’s Delicatessen, the first modern Jewish Delicatessen in the Boston area, has brought classic deli fare and an accomplished ‘bakery within a restaurant’ to the Boston and area. We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our BAKERY TEAM, who can work quickly and efficiently, craft pies, cakes, cookies, BAGELS, breads, and more! and multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. We have high standards for product and technique, and are seeking the right person to help maintain them. Early morning (4:45AM) and weekend availability required. • Have experience following recipes, troubleshooting, and thinking critically
• General baking, food safety & sanitation knowledge
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Able to maintain mental athleticism and coordination of production needs
• Stay up to date on menu changes
• Work collaboratively with staff

• Maintain cleanliness of any work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
