A company is looking for a Title Examiner to handle title work and examinations for multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Handle title work and compile, research, and present title commitments based on search package reviews
Draft Minutes of Foreclosure and manage later date examinations while ensuring compliance with client SLAs
Make underwriting decisions and collaborate with title officers to address clearance questions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2 years) in the real estate industry
Firm knowledge of residential transactions and title commitments
Experience working with a title company and / or law firm is preferred
Basic MS Office skills and experience with title examination and clearance
Ability to navigate county recorder and assessor online record sites is preferred
