Description
:The Commercial Title Examiner is responsible for searching, examining, and analyzing commercial title records to produce accurate title commitments and related reports. This role focuses on basic to moderately complex title orders, resolves title-related issues, and responds promptly to internal and external inquiries while meeting strict deadlines.
Requires 5 years examination either in Residential, Commercial or a combination of both.
**Remote Employees will be considered if you have prior New Mexico examination and familiar with state regulations.
