PRIMARY PURPOSE: To administer banking services for clients and local offices; to confirm check clearances and make stop payments; to enter voids into the claims management system; and to provide cleared check copies when requested.

REQUIREMENTS:
ON-SITE POSITION 100% in office, hours 7:00 am 4:00 pm CST
RESIDENT LOCATION: Required vicinity Memphis, TN or surrounding area.
CONTRACT TO HIRE - Must pass the credit screening
EXPERIENCE: 4 years experience in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
MANAGER NOTES: Ideal background for this candidate: Strong analytical, organization, advanced excel, confidence, and communication skills. We have open floor plan and work closely daily to have all processes completed on time. SAP knowledge Soft skills needed: Time management a must, we have daily deadlines. Great organization, and file management.
