Full-Time Two Shifts Available $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Excellent Benefits

A leading healthcare facility in Florida is currently seeking experienced Medical Technologists to join its Transfusion Services team within the Blood Bank. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a mission-driven laboratory setting known for excellence in patient care, innovation, and collaborative teamwork.

Multiple full-time shifts are currently available, offering flexibility, competitive benefits, and generous sign-on incentives for qualified candidates.

Available Schedules :

2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM

6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM

Both shifts are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and come with full-time benefits.

What You ll Do :

Perform laboratory analyses to support safe and timely blood transfusions

Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in testing procedures

Adhere to safety standards and documentation protocols

Support patient care teams with clear communication of results

Maintain equipment and instruments according to lab standards

Collaborate with other technologists and participate in workflow improvements
