As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the state of employment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff and visitors within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and support overall security-related operations.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services when required, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
