We are looking for a skilled Branch / Retail Banking Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Fresno, California. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in cash handling and retail banking operations who are eager to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth bank transactions. Responsibilities :
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Handle cash accurately and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Maintain thorough records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build trust.

- Monitor cash levels and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- Adhere to security protocols to safeguard customer information and branch assets.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or a related role.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with banking operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate records.
- Excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of bank transaction processes and deposit management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
