Banquet Line Cook
Pay Rate : $20-$25 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and efficient Banquet Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-volume meals for events such as weddings, corporate functions, and other large-scale banquets while maintaining food safety and presentation standards. This role requires excellent time management, teamwork, and culinary knowledge.

What we would like from you :
- Prepare and cook menu items for banquet events in accordance with standardized recipes and instructions from the Banquet Chef or Executive Chef.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time, with proper portion control and attractive presentation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team during event service.
- Assist with plating for buffet lines or plated dinners as needed.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures.
- Assist in breakdown and cleanup after events.
