WHO YOU ARE
You are passionate about creating perfect, elegant experiences for your guests. You are happiest when the work you do sets the stage for a flawless event, celebration, or conference. You have a passion for maintaining a beautiful space, and you love the part you play in creating successful events. You have 1-2 years previous banquet serving experience at an upscale or luxury hotel.
WHAT YOU DO
You will be the warm and knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, welcoming guests into the event space and providing exceptional service throughout the experience. Servicing meeting rooms with great sensitivity to timing and environmental cues are your main responsibility. You will prepare meeting rooms per BEO and resume specifications- including cleaning the room, setting the furniture, preparing meeting room supplies, and delivering guest packages to the space for their arrival. You will also service the meeting spaces during and after each meeting, removing dirty items, replenishing supplies, and straightening furniture as needed. We enable you with the training and tools to be successful in a supportive, energetic environment.
WHERE YOU WORK
The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel re-imagines the hotel experience. The hotel's modern expression is informed by the city's diverse maker-culture and is as focused on integrating the work of Nashville's artisans, chefs and craftsmen as it is that of its musicians. The Joseph's art program - incorporating both the local works of Tennessee artists and works from one of the world's most renowned art collections - deepens the hotel's offering and roots it firmly in Nashville for guests and visitors alike. Featuring 297 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, as well as 18,000 square feet of event and meeting space, The Joseph will exceed the expectations of varied guests. In addition to impeccable service, The Joseph offers countless chances to enjoy unique and memorable experiences. From the front door to the rooftop, The Joseph is full of opportunities to encounter the unexpected.
WHY YOU'RE HERE
