Job Description :
- This position will work with the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the Bartender / Server.
- Performs the service of replenishing bar stock, lounge upkeep, and assisting with any food issues.
- Responsible for cleaning tables / bar and ensuring condiments are stocked.
- Checks and maintains the required par levels and maintains cleanliness on assigned station.
- Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures - lifting boxes and kegs of beer.
- Assists bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks.
- Address concerns and questions.
