Interventional Development Manager / Senior Manager

The iFuse Implant System provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

General Responsibilities :

The Interventional Development Manager / Senior Manager (IDM) is a strategic field-based role responsible for supporting interventional pain adoption across all regions with focus on select regions. This individual will focus on advancing key interventional initiatives including physician training, field education, case support, and society engagement. The IDM will serve as a critical link between market development, the field sales team, professional education, and targeted interventional providers to accelerate adoption and successful utilization of SI-BONE technologies, products, and procedural techniques.

This role is ideal for experienced TRs with deep knowledge of interventional pain or an external candidate with proven success in interventional device markets.

Travel Requirements : 30-50%

Knowledge, Education and Experience :

Salary range : $110,000 - $145,000 plus variable pay. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
