Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and preparing the team for success
Train, coach, and support team members during your shift
Create a positive team environment and recognize accomplishments
Follow all operational policies, including cash handling and safety procedures
Maintain integrity, professionalism, and strong brand representation
Assist in all restaurant areas as needed
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup / breakdown of dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
Manage time effectively while completing shift responsibilities
Provide a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests and staff
