As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, delivering personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal physical function and independence. Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient
Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, including hands-on treatment, education, and training to patients
Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively to promote seamless transitions
Utilize evidence-based practice and stay current with industry advancements to deliver innovative and effective treatment approaches
Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
No minimum years of experience required! We welcome new graduates and seasoned professionals alike.
0 to 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
New Jersey state licensure, with the ability to work in Deptford, NJ
