Technology project experience preferred

Technology project experience preferred. This role will support multiple large technology project implementation initiatives with the primary responsibility being financial evaluation and validation of actual charges vs budget. Some other responsibilities may include developing presentations, process documentation and other project support activities. Reporting onsite 80% of the time preferred with some flexibility. 5-10 Years Provides analytical support. Works with internal employees and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis. Prepares cost reports, including forecasts and outlooks, and monitors project accounting. They validate invoices, expenditures, and change requests impacting budgets. Identify and implement improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions. Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Providing trends and forecasts explaining processes and techniques and recommending actions. Improves financial status by analyzing results monitoring variances identifying trends recommending actions to management. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. Qualifications : advanced level excel , corporate financial evaluation, quality management, problem solving, process improvement, statistical analysis financial skills.
