Salary Range : $80,000-$115,000+ with potential for achievable bonuses!

Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop tailored treatment and behavior support plans for lasting success. You will supervise and train dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plans are executed effectively. Additionally, you will engage families and caregivers, providing guidance on managing behaviors and promoting skill development through ABA principles. Further responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and program evaluations and monitoring progress to ensure effectiveness.
