Hours & Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Work Environment: Residential behavioral health setting serving approximately 6–10 adolescent patients, ages 12–17, and their families.
Salary / Hourly Rate: $20 - $24 per hour
Benefits Offered: Health, dental, vision, PTO, cell phone, tuition reimbursement in a related field.
Join a supportive behavioral health environment where teamwork, consistency, and compassionate care make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents and their families. You will work alongside another team member throughout each shift while helping create a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.
You are dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working awake overnight shifts in a structured residential environment. You value consistency, teamwork, and clear expectations and are committed to supporting adolescents through daily routines, emotional regulation, and skill development. Previous behavioral health experience is essential for success in this role.
The Behavioral Health Technician / Behavioral Health Counselor provides direct supervision, therapeutic support, and daily structure to adolescent residents ages 12–17. This position focuses on maintaining safety, monitoring behaviors, reinforcing routines, and contributing to a recovery-oriented residential environment. The role also involves interacting appropriately and professionally with residents' families and collaborating with clinical, nursing, and leadership teams.
