Job description

Change Agent/Behavioral Health Tech

Beacon Behavioral Partners is in search of dedicated and proficient Behavioral Health Technicians to provide support at The Maples in Crowley, TX. The Maples serves as a residential treatment program that addresses a range of medical and mental health issues for adolescent girls facing challenges such as trauma, disordered eating, and substance abuse.

Beacon Behavioral Partners is a growing network of physician-driven psychiatric practices with over 25 years of management experience within the behavioral health industry. Committed to reducing the barriers and burdens that come with owning private practice, Beacon fully manages administrative responsibilities while allowing practices to maintain clinical autonomy. This approach allows physicians to focus on what they do best taking care of patients.

Beacon Behavioral Partners now guides practices across Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Partner clinics leverage access to an expansive network of over 400 staff members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, mental health therapists and recreational therapists at the forefront of the industry. Its experienced and forward-thinking physician advisory board provides clinicians with a supportive community for building best practices and sharing insights for an enhanced patient experience.

At Beacon Behavioral Partners, Behavioral Health Technician's receive competitive salaries. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) company matching; short-term disability coverage; paid holidays; accrued paid time off; and other valuable offerings.
