Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) has immediate openings for full- and part-time Behavioral Health Technicians to support individuals in our brand-new Receiving Center (RC) - a first-of-its-kind initiative providing rapid response, short-term stabilization, and coordinated follow-up for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Be part of this exciting new program from the very beginning!We offer flexible scheduling for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment while supporting client engagement, safety monitoring, and crisis de-escalation.Position Responsibilities For BH Technician : Provide observation, engagement, and crisis supportAssist with safety monitoring, de-escalation, and intake / orientationAccurately document client interactions and incidentsCommunicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamPromote trauma-informed and culturally competent care
