Our mission is to empower children to embrace their unique learning capabilities. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership in a school-based setting supporting the Corona-Norco Unified School District (CNUSD).

About the Role

The Senior Clinical Supervisor is responsible for developing and overseeing high-quality behavioral services for students with diverse and complex needs. This position provides clinical leadership, supervises and mentors behavior intervention staff, supports other clinical team members, and ensures that behavioral programs are implemented effectively and consistently. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment, demonstrated leadership ability, and extensive experience developing behavior intervention plans, managing complex cases, and collaborating with school personnel, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and the development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide clinical oversight for students with complex or severe behavioral needs.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Interventionists (BIs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other assigned staff.
  • Provide guidance and clinical support to other supervisors and members of the clinical team.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of behavioral interventions through direct observation, data analysis, and staff feedback.
  • Modify intervention strategies based on student progress, clinical data, and changing needs.
  • Ensure treatment fidelity, documentation quality, and compliance with established clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, related-service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide clinically appropriate recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver training for school personnel, behavior support staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Review behavioral data, progress reports, session documentation, and other clinical records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with clinical program development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the resolution of complex clinical, staffing, or service-delivery concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, California education requirements, applicable school district policies, and BACB ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • At least four years of professional experience providing ABA, special education, or behavioral intervention services.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and training behavior intervention staff.
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing, implementing, and monitoring BIPs.
  • Experience supporting individuals who engage in severe or complex behaviors.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, data analysis, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clinical priorities and make sound decisions independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to satisfy all employment clearance requirements, including Live Scan fingerprinting and tuberculosis clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing senior-level clinical oversight or mentoring other BCBAs and supervisors.
  • Significant experience in school-based settings and the IEP process.
  • Familiarity with California Department of Education requirements and Nonpublic Agency standards.
  • Experience working within public school districts.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or another language.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Paid time off
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Opportunities for career growth
