Location : Carrollton, TX (Exact district discussed in interview)
Schedule : Part-Time, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 00 p.m.

Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to a kindergarten student in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities :
Provide 1 : 1 behavioral support to a kindergarten student in accordance with the students individualized behavior plan
Implement data-driven behavior intervention strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA
Collect and record accurate data on behavioral and skill acquisition goals
Collaborate with school staff and the supervising BCBA to support consistency across environments
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications :
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB
Experience working with young children in educational or clinical settings preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while following direction from the supervising BCBA
Compensation :
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
