Telecare operates the Telecare Pierce County Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) center in Pierce County WA. This program is a secure -bed inpatient facility for adults, ages + who meet the criteria for services under the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA). We serve people who are experiencing acute mental health crisis and require intensive support to maintain safety. Our mission at this facility is to engage individuals with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. We are looking for employees that have a desire to work in a team environment that is focused on recovery and empowerment.

Shifts Available :

Full Time Day Shift : Thursday, Friday and Saturday : am- : pm

Expected starting wage range is $ - $ The full wage range goes up to $ Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recovery Specialist Supervisor provides day to day supervision, coaching and discipline for an assigned team of Recovery Specialists. The Recovery Specialist Supervisor coordinates and participates in all elements of direct care on the assigned shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

• BA / BS in behavioral sciences field with two () year inpatient experience OR a high school diploma and one () year as a Lead Recovery Specialist II with three () years inpatient experience OR a high school diploma with at least four () years' experience in a behavioral health setting with two () of those years being inpatient experience. May substitute an AA in behavioral science or equivalent credits for one () year of experience.

oIn Outpatient or Community Programs equivalent years of behavioral health experience in outpatient setting may be substituted for inpatient experience

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, push, pull and lift and carry items weighing pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach and to do simple and power grasping. The position requires manual deviation, repetitive and dexterity and be exposed to uneven walking ground as well as Hazardous Exposure (Blood Borne Pathogens, Hospital Waste, Chemical & Infectious).
