Required Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, behavioral economics, organizational behavior, or related field (Doctorate preferred)

8+ years of relevant experience in behavioral science or related disciplines

Deep knowledge of U.S. household financial decision-making and relevant policy / regulatory landscape

Expertise in financial services, public policy, and social impact

Strong data skills with experience in designing and analyzing behavioral interventions
