Compensation: $65 - $75 per hour
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a permanent opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve independence with daily activities, functional mobility, safety, upper-extremity function, and overall quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
· Evaluate and/or treat patients to improve ADLs, functional independence, safety, strength, coordination, and quality of life.
· Develop or carry out individualized occupational therapy plans of care within licensures scope.
· Recommend or implement adaptive strategies and therapeutic activities as appropriate.
· Monitor progress and communicate changes to the care team.
· Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and safety.
· Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
· Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program, as applicable.
· Active CA OT or COTA license in good standing, as applicable.
· Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
· Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
· Experience in the applicable setting preferred.
· Competitive compensation: $65 - $75 per hour
