Responsibilities :
Benefits Administration Support : Assist with the daily administrative functions of colleagues benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Colleague Assistance : Serve as a point of contact for colleague’s benefits-related questions and assist with issues related to enrollment, life events, and plan coverage.
Data Entry and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate colleague benefits records in the HR system. Update colleague benefits information as needed and ensure data integrity.
Compliance Support : Help ensure benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Assist with documentation and reporting for compliance purposes.
Benefits Communication : Help prepare and distribute benefits communications, including benefits guides, plan summaries, and updates to colleagues.
Colleague Education : Assist in organizing benefits information sessions or webinars to help colleagues understand their benefits options.
Requirements :
years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR field.
Hands-on experience using Workday for benefits management.
Knowledge of employee benefits programs and basic HR compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred :
Basic knowledge of benefits laws, including ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Experience with benefits communication tools or platforms
