RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work under the direction of the Regional Beverage Manager and General Manager to manage daily operations of all matters of beverage operations
- Ensure all beverage policies and service responsibilities are upheld
- Offer and Inspire exemplary guest service
- Establish policies and procedures for beverage staff, to include safety and personal hygiene
- Responsible for efficient, cost effective operation of beverage, including but not limited to; labor management, inventory control, security and proper use of operating supplies and equipment
- Supervises daily activities related to production / delivery of quality product / service
- Assist with beverage purchase requisitions, assembles beverage outlet orders in beverage storeroom and delivers same to respective outlets
- Coach and counsel team members as needed in order to ensure superior levels of performance
- Attend departmental meetings and administrative hearings as required
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
