Proven experience in inventory management in an industrial plant, including physical inventory taking, stock reconciliation, and control of material movements. Knowledge in control of raw materials and productive inputs, with the ability to follow from intake to consumption in the production line. Handling of stock registration systems and inventory movements (ERP, WMS, or others), with a focus on operational precision and traceability of materials. Previous experience in industrial plant or manufacturing environments, with an understanding of internal material flows and logistics. English (desirable) SAP in PP and MM module (essential) Excel (advanced) Inventory Management (intermediate) Power BI (basic) Commitment to continuous improvement and precision in cost allocation. The objective of the position is to evaluate and manage the manufacturing costs of the company, contributing to the correct distribution and allocation of expenses, as well as identifying and resolving the main budget deviations of the area.
What You Will Do
- Supervise the compliance of the established operational procedures in the plant, providing technical and administrative support to the direct supervisor.
- Analyze deviations in production costs, especially in the consumption of raw materials, identifying causes and proposing corrective actions.
- Verify the correct and timely registration of production in the system, ensuring consistency with key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitating industrial costing analysis.
- Review and design product costing structures, ensuring the correct distribution of manufacturing expenses and the accuracy in the valuation of products.
- Prepare periodic reports of the area for internal use (management, operations, finance) and external use (audits, regulatory bodies), ensuring the traceability of data.
- Support additional activities required by production management or other related areas, according to operational or management needs.
