Was Sie erwartet:
Selbstständige Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Identifikation relevanter Anforderungen
Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung wettbewerbsfähiger und qualitativ hochwertiger Angebote über alle Domänen hinweg
Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit konzernweiten Schnittstellen und Fachbereichen
Entwicklung von Angebotsstrategien in Abstimmung mit dem Senior Business Intelligence Manager
Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen in enger Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Fachdomänen
Abstimmung und Koordination vertraglicher Themen mit der Rechtsabteilung
Pflege und Verwaltung vertriebsrelevanter Daten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
Begleitung von Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Nachbereitung von Angeboten inklusive Durchführung von Optimierungen und Korrekturen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
So überzeugen Sie uns:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar
Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bid Management, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
Erfahrung im Umgang mit VSVgV, Preisrecht und GWB
Vertrautheit mit den Abläufen und Herausforderungen der Sicherheits- und Verteidigungsbranche, sowie Kenntnisse zum Marktumfeld sind von Vorteil
Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben effizient zu organisieren
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
