Job Description
As a Project Manager you will work with global teams across the organization on a which will be a centralized location for all teammates to view / access critical information.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of project.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope.
Develop project scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical, financial, and resource feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and communicate at the staff and senior leadership level.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Create and execute thoughtful communication plans.
Ability in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests Transition Management.
Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
