We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our State Farm Agent's team as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. This position plays an important role in supporting our clients and helping them understand their insurance options.

You'll work directly with customers to provide service, answer questions, and ensure they have a great experience with our agency. If you enjoy helping others and want a meaningful career with growth potential, this could be the perfect fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by phone and in person
  • Assist with billing questions, policy updates, and claims support
  • Use a needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance coverage options
  • Support marketing and retention goals through excellent service
  • Stay current on product knowledge, training, and licensing

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a desire to help others
  • Customer service or office experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills, fluent in Spanish and English, a plus!
