Commercial Capital Company is a locally veteran owned finance company based in Lenexa KS. We are seeking a friendly reliable bilingual receptionist to work in-office at our Lenexa location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Greet clients as they arrive at the office.
• Maintain reception are and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
• Re-stock refreshments in the entrance area and common areas.
• Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail
• Label and mail outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with insurance management
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• perform admin duties such as filing scanning and copying.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with coworkers sales team & vendors
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
