  • Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Site Superintendent to lead data center construction projects across multiple locations.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex construction activities, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and the ability to travel as needed to various project sites.
  • Your leadership will be instrumental in driving safety, efficiency, and excellence throughout each phase of data center development.
  • Duties Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and clear communication.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and implementation.
  • Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Conduct site safety audits, enforce safety policies including OSHA requirements, and address any hazards promptly.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings; utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary.
  • Travel between multiple project sites as required to oversee progress and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) for effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Extensive experience in construction management within data center or similar high-tech environments.
  • Strong supervisory skills with proven success managing teams on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling; familiarity with Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid; experience with blueprints reading and schematics is required.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards including OSHA regulations; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively.
  • Experience with construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to read technical schematics; experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is a plus.
  • Skilled in budgeting, contract management, and managing project timelines from start to finish.
