Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP / accounting software (E.g., Ecliplse, Quickbooks, or similar) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in a plumbing, HVAC, or construction supply environment. Familiarity with lien waivers, retainage tracking, and project billing cycles. We are looking for an AIA Billing / AR Support associate to join our credit team!
Key Responsibilities :
AIA Billing :
- Prepare and submit AIA G702 / G703 billing documents in accordance with customer contract terms.
- Work closely with sales, project managers, and customers to ensure all billing details are accurate and approved.
- Monitor project billing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission.
- Track lien waivers, retainage, and change orders as related to AIA documents.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer questions promptly.
